Kim's Kitchen

I grew up in a farming community in Southwestern Manitoba. Most of my time was spent helping Mom in the vegetable garden or the kitchen. When I wasn't in the garden or helping to prepare the meals, I was working along side Dad tending and learning about the animals that would help sustain our family during the cold winters.

I have never forgotten my country roots. I prefer to make all my meals from scratch using the freshest meat and vegetables I can find. In the spring I plant a little garden, so fresh vegetables are always at hand during the summer months.
